Roy I. Varghese is the founder and Senior Partner responsible for Consultancy Practices.
Roy had worked in industry for 13 years before setting up this consultancy firm in 1993. Roy specializes in inbound/outbound investments, strategic financial planning, M & A and cross-border taxation.
Roy is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, member of the All India Management Association and a charter member of TiE.
A frequent speaker at conferences, he has presented professional topics at International Accountants Conferences. Roy is an adviser to several multinational corporations operating in India.
Viju Mathew is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with more than 13 years of experience. Prior to joining RVA as partner in 2000, he has worked in senior position in Financial Services Industry. He is responsible for Assurance and Regulatory practice at Cochin office of the firm.
B. Rajesh, a Fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountant of India, with a decade of experience. He joined RVA as partner, in 1999. Well versed in Company Law, Tax Laws and Foreign Exchange Laws, his core competency lies in Auditing and Taxation. He is currently responsible for the Assurance and Regulatory practice in the Trivandrum Office.
Gribin Jacob is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has a Diploma in Information systems Audit. He is currently in charge of the Assurance and Regulatory practice in the Chennai office of the firm. Prior to joining RVA as a partner, he served briefly with a large manufacturing group in their internal audit department.
